No-Bake Lemon Berry Tartlets

Today is going to be a hot one!

Here is a nice cool, refreshing, and EASY dessert featuring tangy lemon curd!

NO Bake Lemon Berry Tartlets

1 jar Stonewall Kitchen lemon curd
1 cup whipping cream
24 miniature tart shells
1 cup fresh berries
(blueberries, strawberries or raspberries)
powdered sugar

In large bowl, whip the cream to soft peaks. Fold in the lemon curd and mix well.
Spoon 2 Tablespoons of mixture into each mini tart shell.
Top with fresh berries and powdered sugar.

Keep cool.

I just used this as a filling for a vanilla cake. It was delish but I used too much. Only needed a thin layer... pucker, pucker.
